Where did the Senior Adults go on their Mystery Trip? So glad that you asked! 37 Senior adults visited the Desert Botanical Garden on Saturday the 27th. Wildflowers and cacti were in bloom in many different colors. The hummingbirds were busy drinking nectar from the flowers. The butterfly exhibit was beautiful with so many flying around and even landing on your shoulder or arms. Spring is a great time to visit the Garden and see all the beautiful things that God has created for us to enjoy. A great time was had by everyone. Apartment Outreach – Welcome to the Neighborhood!

We have been blessed with an opportunity to share information about our church with the new apartment community to the west. They have given us permission to give a ‘welcome to the neighborhood’ gift to all new residents. Update: They have asked for another five buckets to distribute! The gift: bucket containing cleaning spray, roll of paper towel, light bulbs, movie, popcorn and contact information for our church. There is a sample of the gift on the Missions table in the lobby.
