Happy 4th of July
It’s a time of celebrating freedom and the birth of our nation. A nation founded on godly, biblical principles. But freedom isn’t free—it always comes at a cost. Many have sacrificed their lives for the freedoms we enjoy, yet those principles and freedoms are being attacked, stripped away, and possibly destroyed. Sin is rampant in our country and even celebrated.
What should Christians do? We must stand for truth. We must not shrink back as though we have no hope. We serve the risen Savior! We should be busy telling others about Him, the One who paid the ultimate sacrifice so that we could have true freedom, freedom from the wages of sin which is death, freedom from God’s wrath, freedom from what we justly deserve. We must share the gospel of Jesus Christ while we still have the freedom to do so, and when that freedom is gone, we must do it anyway, for we must obey God rather than men. The gospel is the power unto salvation. Jesus is the only One who can transform hearts and minds and thus transform this nation. He’s our ONLY Hope.
Please, please—learn how to share your faith while there is still time. It’s simple, it’s effective, but most importantly, it’s biblical. All it will cost you is a few hours on a Saturday. If you are
