Women of Grace Kick-off Pajama Party

Friday, March 27, 6:30—10:00 p.m. FBC Women of Grace Women’s Ministry invites you to our Kick-off Pajama Party on Friday, March 27 from 6:30-10:00 p.m. Get comfy in your pajamas or sweats and join us for an evening of fun, food and fellowship! We will play games and watch a Chondra Pierce video in the worship area. Chondra is a member of the Christian Comedy Association, but outside of comedy, she is a spokesperson for World Vision and works with various other Christian leaders and organizations. Are Church Choirs still “relevant” to today’s worship experience?

In a conversation I had recently with some people, the question came up, “How many churches in the East Valley have a choir ministry?” In our Valley Rim Association it is not common to find a church with a vibrant choral ministry. Why is that? Is there really a place for Choirs in today’s worship experience? Another friend sent me an article that made me think and I wanted to share my thoughts with you.
