2013 Annie Armstrong Easter Offering

Week of Prayer for North American Missions, March 3-10, 2013
– National Goal: $70 Million – First Baptist Chandler Goal: $6,500

Each year, we honor the life and work of Annie Walker Armstrong (1850-1938) when we give to the annual offering for North American missions named after her.

This year, six people representing thousands of missionaries serving throughout the United States, Canada and their territories are spotlighted:

Day 1: Scott and Ashely Veneble, Chicago, Illinois

Days 2: Lorna Bius, West Region

Day 3: Peter and Irene Yanes, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Day 4: Kay Bennett, New Orleans, Louisiana

Day 5: Ben and Shauna Pilgreen, San Francisco, California

Day 6: Victor and Candice Thomas, Vancouver, British Columbia

Day 7: Short-term missions with a long-term impact

Through summer and semester opportunities, young men and women are discovering future areas of service as they work alongside and learn from experienced church planters and missionaries.

Day 8: Reaching your “one”

Being obedient to God’s call of sharing the good news of Jesus Christ, who is the “one” God is calling you share with today?
